Amendments

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Delivery

Orders placed with Utterly Personal which contain personalised items can take between 1 and 7 working days to be dispatched.  Each individual product has a lead time dependant on the type of personalised product and as such a lead time per product is displayed at each product level indicating how long it will take for the product to be dispatched. Please note that these are estimated lead times and as such can take up to 14 working days during busier periods. If you have a question or require a faster delivery please contact us on 0843 289 6686 to enquire whether it's possible to obtain a faster delivery date.  Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will always do our very best to meet with the estimated delivery times advertised throughout the web site.

Utterly Personal also offer a courier service.  To obtain a courier shipping quote please contact us on 0843 289 6686. This service gives you the ability to fully track your order from us to you.  A courier service does not necessarily improve the time it takes to process your order, tracking number upon request.

If you order has not arrived within 7 working days, after dispatch date, it is considered 'Lost'.  We shall provide a tracking number if available upon request. Your items will be delivered to the invoice or delivery address only.

 
Pricing and Payment

Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of you placing your order. All Utterly Personal online transactions are fully secured through WorldPay. Your payment details are not stored on our system and we keep no record of your credit card details.

Your credit card payment is authorized and processed at the point you place an order from us. 

Availability

All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.

Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by telephone or email suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock.

Privacy Policy

Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us for the purpose of fulfilling your order, or to send you relevant marketing information. Please rest assured that we will never sell or pass your information to any third party under any circumstances.

Ordering

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.  Orders can also be placed by calling 0843 2896686.

We will be unable to process an order:-

(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
(e) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

Personalisation Accuracy

It it your responsibilty to provide accurate personalisation at all times. Text or images provided to Utterly Personal will be used to personalise items and as such great care should be taken for accuracy, spelling, capitilisation and image quality.  In case of special characters being used during the entering of personalisation fields which are not achievable during personalisation such as unusual characters not on an English keyboard, we will contact you by email or telephone to offer suggestions or the oppurtunity to replace said characters.

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery.  Unfortunately, this right does not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised products or whereby the product is personalised in any form.

Returns Policy

Please email info@utterlypersonal.co.uk before returning any item(s) to us.

If you wish to return part or the whole order we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.  We will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange.

After 7 days from the date of delivery we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. Unfortunately these right do not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised products.

If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or an error made by any of our specialists, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a like for like replacement of the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package back using a delivery service that provides a tracking number such as 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded post.

Any item which is being returned must arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition.
