Orders placed with Utterly Personal which contain personalised items can take between 1 and 7 working days to be dispatched. Each individual product has a lead time dependant on the type of personalised product and as such a lead time per product is displayed at each product level indicating how long it will take for the product to be dispatched. Please note that these are estimated lead times. If you have a question or require a faster delivery please contact us on 0843 289 6686 to enquire whether it's possible to obtain a faster delivery date. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will always do our very best to meet with the estimated delivery times advertised throughout the web site.
Utterly Personal also offer a courier service. To obtain a courier shipping quote please contact us on 0843 289 6686. This service gives you the ability to fully track your order from us to you. A courier service does not necessarily improve the time it takes to process your order, tracking number upon request.
If you order has not arrived within 14 working days, after dispatch date, it is considered 'Lost'. We shall provide a tracking number if available upon request. Your items will be delivered to the invoice or delivery address only.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item(s) to us.
If you wish to return part or the whole order we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange.
After 7 days from the date of delivery we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. Unfortunately these right do not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised products.
If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or an error made by any of our specialists, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a full refund (including cost of delivery) or offer to replace the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send any package back using a delivery service that provides a tracking number such as 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded post.
Any item which is being returned must arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition.
